1. Who we are

Sublime & Trendy Unipessoal LDA. (“Sublime and Trendy”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Portugal and is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@sublimeandtrendy.com for any question about how we handle your information.

This policy explains what we collect through sublimeandtrendy.com and in the course of the event, media, design, and print services we provide.

2. Data we collect

Information you give us. When you complete our enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project.

Client and supplier records. If we work together, we hold contract details, billing information, and the contact details of the people involved in delivery.

Event data. When we run registration for an event, we process attendee details on behalf of the event organiser — typically name, organisation, email, dietary or access requirements, and attendance records.

Technical data. Our hosting provider logs standard information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

3. Why we use it

We use your data to respond to enquiries and prepare proposals; to deliver the services we have agreed and manage the relationship, including invoicing; to run events, badging, and registration; to meet legal and accounting obligations; and to keep our site secure.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before entering one), our legitimate interest in running and promoting the business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where we ask for it — for example before sending marketing emails or publishing photographs of an individual.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only where it is needed to deliver the work: venues, hotels, and AV or production partners; printers and merchandise suppliers; software providers for email, file storage, hosting, and analytics; and our accountants and professional advisers.

We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision to protect the transfer.

5. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to serve the pages and keep the site secure. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we later add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and you will be able to withdraw it at any time through your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client contracts, invoices, and related records are kept for 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax and commercial law. Event attendee data is returned to or deleted on instruction from the event organiser, normally within 12 months of the event. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Security

We keep personal data on access-controlled systems provided by established suppliers, limit access to the people who need it to do their work, and require confidentiality from our partners and freelancers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and will notify you and the supervisory authority if a breach requires it.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these, email info@sublimeandtrendy.com. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese supervisory authority.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated by email.
